This is what 21 lost pounds, 4 1/2 inches less waist, in seventeen weeks looks like.

I cannot see the difference in these pictures, though my clothes and the friends that I see on a regular basis seem to be the real “Mirror”.
The First Column is day One, 235lbs, the second column is day 70, 225lbs, the third column is day 119, 214lbs.
Damon, excellent job! Everyone needs to do this while they are losing weight. Love the board behind you with stats on it. I see a huge difference in these photos. Congrats, now don’t ever go back!
