If you did not know, earlier this year Carlito’s of Grayson changed ownership and management. Recently they have completely changed their name, their menu, and their atmosphere to be more entertaining and family friendly. Thanks to the Persad’s we now have a wonderful family eating place with libations.
Here is their new name and their new logo, which you might say is BOLD and SPICY!
