Here is a Witchy Cake made from…… ask Taty!

After much demand the recipe is below:

1 pack of Betty Crocker Marble Cake Mix.

Bake using instructions on the box. If you like add Grand Marnier to the batter.

After baked, cool down and make 4 layers.

Frosting:

5 egg yolks                                                                                      1 table spoon of orange zest

5 big spoons of sugar.                                                                     1 table spoon of lemon extract

2 boxes of Mascarpone cheese                                                     25 ml of Grand Marnier or Amaretto

1 table spoon of vanilla                                                                  50 pecans (chopped)

1 12 oz bag of white chocolate chips.

Directions:

1.  Beat egg yolks adding sugar until it is thickened. Add vanilla, orange zest, lemon extract, Grand Marnier (Amaretto) and beat for 2 more min.

2.  Melt chocolate.

3.  Add chocolate to egg yolks one spoon at a time and beat.

4.  Add Mascarpone cheese and beet for 3 minutes.

5.  Assemble the cake.

Hand paint the witch (from white and dark chocolate)
