Gluttons and Sinners have one more night before Ash Wednesday to get their last bit of whatever they will ultimately struggle to give up during the period we call Lent.
We are certain by St. Patrick’s Day we will all forget our commitments to Drink Less, Eat Less and Be Good More. If you must overdo it tonight this is a wonderful option. This is the classic drink that is one big storm in a glass. It is the foundation of a good Fat Tuesday Celebration.
If you cannot find a quality Tavern to mix one of these up for you, have kids and no baby sitter, or just want to be a responsible drinker and stay off the roads which we strongly suggest this evening. (There will be plenty of drivers with Red Beans and Hurricanes on their breath getting behind the wheel later tonight.)
PLEASE BE SAFE and DRINK LIBERALLY AND RESPONSIBLY!
Happy Fat Tuesday! Enjoy this Mardi Gras favorite made famous by Pat O’Briens bar located in the French Quarter of New Orleans.Classic Hurricane Recipe
