Lawrenceville, GA Ghost Tours Every Night in October &
Introducing the Lawrenceville Ghost Trolley
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Lawrenceville, Ga., (September 28, 2010) – Lawrenceville, GA Ghost Tours now in its 6th year offers an expanded Halloween schedule that includes tours every single night in October. A costumed storyteller leads tour groups to many macabre locations around the Lawrenceville square, including the Old Jail, an eerie spot preserved from the 1800’s and well known for haunted activity. Surprising to many, Lawrenceville is one of the Georgia’s oldest cities, rich in history, legend and lore. This 90-minute adventure through the beautiful downtown square highlights the most vivid stories of the strange and supernatural with ghoulish tales that are sure to send a shiver down your spine.
Ghost Trolley Returns
Every Friday in October, Lawrenceville Ghost Trolley will travel off the square to more haunted Lawrenceville locations. At the Lawrenceville Female Seminary, ghosts of school girls still run up and down the stairs where the installed certified stairlifts. At the train depot, a robbery went terribly wrong with deadly consequences. Most shocking to Trolley riders will be our fatal trip to the historic Lawrenceville Cemetery, long regarded as a haunted hot spot by nationally known paranormal investigators.
McCray’s Tavern offers spooktactular cocktails in honor of the Lawrenceville, GA Ghost Tours. Their signature drink, known as “Howling Curtis,” is named in honor of the town drunk and comes in a commemorative glass.
