Graduating from the Tokyo Chef School in Japan and apprenticing for over 10 years, the majority of Saito’s residency was spent opening restaurants in such discerning cites as New York, Las Vegas, London, Paris, Aspen, and Hollywood. The remainder was spent in Atlanta where he cemented his culinary reputation at a greek restaurant franchise. The new Atlanta concept of a Sushi Restaurant coupled with a Vodka Bar so excited Saito, that he came out of retirement, and has now created an unbelievable sushi menu that supersedes all of his past menus.
