Mary’s Mad Mai Tai 1 oz Dark rum 1 oz Light rum 1 oz Cointreau 1 oz Curacao 1 oz Lime juice 3 oz Pineapple juice 3 oz Orange juice 1/2 oz Grenadine Pour all ingredients into  a shaker filled half way with ice.  Strain into a tall  high ball glass with ice....

Watermelon Margarita 16 oz  Pureed Watermelon 6 oz  Tequila 2 oz Triple Sec 1 oz Lime Juice Ice Pour all ingredients in the blender and and blend until smooth.  Serve in a margarita glass rimmed with sugar....

4th of July Martini 2 oz  Citrus  Flavored Vodka 1/2 oz Blue Curacao 1/2 oz  Triple Sec 1/2 oz Sweet and Sour Grenadine Pour all the ingredients except grenadine in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.  Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Add a dash or two of grenadine to the martini (the grenadine will sink to the bottom of the glass)....

The Three Day Weekend Martini Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add: 1 part Jagermeister 1 part coconut rum 1 part Grenadine 1 part Pineapple juice Shake well and strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with a slice of pineapple. Enjoy!

Margarita Martini 1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila 1 1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur 1 oz.  Rose’s Lime Juice Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.  Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with salt or sugar.  Ole!
